Beginner Courses 

​Beginner : Our Beginner courses are created to make drumming fun yet interactive. While making your new drumming experience fun, we put our upmost importance into making sure that the drummer is able to learn proper fundamentals. 
Fundamentals is a very important thing in drumming, as learning the wrong fundamentals will result in bad habits that would take years to correct.

Topics to be covered : 

• Sitting Posture 
• Holding of Drumsticks
• Reading of Notations
• 4/4 & 6/8 Time Signature
• Basic Rudiments (Single, Doubes, Paradiddles)
• Rock/Pop Grooves
• Hi Hat Foot Technique (Open/Close)
• Bass Drum Foot Technique (Heel Down/Heel Up)
• Pop/Rock Fill Ins
• Playing Along With Basic Time Keeping (Metronome)
• Subdivisions (Quarter Notes, Eighth Notes, Sixteenth Notes and Triplets)
• ​​Drum Examinations with Rockschool (Optional).
